What this website is

Siargao Property Finder is an information portal on which owners of land and houses on Siargao Island, Philippines, and persons acting with their authority, can publish sales listings, and on which interested buyers can find them. The operator is not a party to any sale, does not act as a real estate broker, agent, escrow or payment service, and does not provide legal, tax or surveying advice.

Listings and liability for content

Listings are created by the persons who submit them. Before publication the submitter confirms their authority and the service performs automated content and consistency checks. These are not independent verification. The operator does not verify titles, surveys, boundaries, zoning, road access, hazards or the identity of owners, and makes no representation that any listing is accurate, that the property exists as described, or that it can be lawfully sold or built on. Documents uploaded by listers are stored privately for review and are not published.

The operator removes listings that are reported as misleading, unauthorised or unlawful after examination. Reports can be sent toinfo@siargaopropertyfinder.com, stating the listing link and the reason.

External links

Guides on this site link to websites of Philippine government agencies and other third parties. Their content is the responsibility of the respective operators. We examine reported problems and remove links to unlawful content where required.

Copyright

Rights in site content remain with the operator or the relevant rights holders, as applicable. Uploaders must have permission to use listing photos, videos and descriptions and grant the operator the limited display rights described in the terms. Uploading does not itself establish ownership of the material. Map imagery is provided by Google and subject to Google’s terms; third-party software retains its own licences.

Dispute resolution

The operator is not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
